To be honest, the smell of frying onions or the offer of fish and chips would be more appealing that the flash of upper anatomy. Then again, I'm getting old!

I don't get this at all. There is hardly any media coverage. Nobody I know is really talking about it. Something has got to be up. If not, this is the worst publicity stunt ever.

8) 8) 8)
being weened in the paul interesting danials erra, by the way i like paul danials but his prolific shows desensitised us to his talent, but debbie maggie still hits the spot.

i find blaine's camera tricked, if i dont show it it never hapened street shows to be desensitiseing me to some very good street magic, center tearts off camera not withstanding.

as for his stunt's i give them a yawn factor of ten, we brits in our splended isolation did his stunt years ago it was called rationing, setting his stunt in england, above the thames no less was badly misconcieved we as a nation just don't get it, we cant see the spiritual side, the endurence factor, because wev'e been there done that before.

as for his smug I'm a mystical third eye junky, we dont hold any truck with that, we have had a long history of withches and psychics, so nothing new there.

i think his marketing crew they should look to people like bo selector and the like for the direction he should be going, paul danials has been made fun of for years but still sells out at the box office, why because he never takes himself to seriousely.

as for daren brown he is billed and does use clinical mind / psycological tricks, not mysteriouse forces eminating from his rectal region.
so thiers no real conparason there, chalk and cheese realy.

daren browns stuff is good mater of factly presented in a non stuff it down your throat way, not realy very interesting but you have a choice, feed your face in front of blaine or whatch someone possibly blow his head off if he has a bad day, the first is very tempting but i think i'll go for the latter at least i can kid myself its educational.

With our economic and political situations, a sense of humour is probably all we have left!

Anybody heard recently how the BBC is looking to shake up its output to make it 'better value' for us? A Saturday night prime time Magic Show is just what they need.

Hosted by Johnny and Denise, 'Magic School' lessons featuring Paul and Martin Daniels (Martin teaching Paul), Sankey in a satellite link up every week to his own little world in the US, guest appearances from the guys who do the demos at penguinmagic...

Oh I have so many ideas...

But I should probably keep them to myself...

Since this thread has been re-opened anyway, can I just mention that seige wrote:

It happens a lot, you just have to put up with it, eventually the actual topic comes round again after a suitable interlude. No need to worry about it!
