Mesika's loops

Postby goose__ » May 28th, '08, 14:49

So I find they're getting strained and breaking. Maybe my careless newbie handling.

Anyway,.

any idea if I can get a box of 50 cheap somewhere?
It's like £5.99 for five, I'd like to get them cheaper.

Also my are quite bright and they show on my wrist, the guy sitting beside me at dinner last night became curious about it, preventing me from doing anything.

Is it worth like paint tanning my hands, to make them more discreet?
Or is it a case of keeping them better concealed until use?
I've tried to do a trick a couple of times, to an audience (the loops have snapped), and both times I feared them seeing the loops round my bright fingers.

Also does anyone have an out for when the loops snap?
I have a fairly lengthy routine for getting them to give me stuff to do tricks with, and then to have it snap, it was embarressing.
(my out was 'where did you get this ring?
audience: blah,
me: Yeah I can't do anything with rings from X). - kind of weak.

You've made three posts, and started three new threads! Head over to the intro section dude!

I must be the only person who doesn't have a problem with these loops. I've been using the same loop for a while now and it' hasn't snapped yet. I find them very elastic and quite strong; I find you can generally feel when it's coming close to snapping due to the tension. Just ease up on it and it won't snap. Works for me, anyway.
