does 4oD work for other people then? when i tried to slap it on the laptop the virsus protector just went "no, no, not doing that, you seen those trojans? get out of it" (or something to that effect). i thought it best not to click the Ignore button at the time. now I'm irritated that i missed last nights Trick or Treat

If you have Virgin Media (NTL, Telewest) you can watch 4od on that, I'm not sure whether they have the Barry and Stuart Magic of the Bible but I do know they have Dirty Tricks and a lot of Derren Browns earlier stuff. I think if you have the XL TV package you get it for free.

Do I remember someone on TalkMagic saying they work for VirginMedia, they could give more information. Or is that just a figmant of my imagination!

I've been watching ALL of the Derren Brown stuff!! It's amazing and I can't believe some of it. It's the 1st time I've watched it properly though.

I can't find Dirty Tricks though?! Where is that located then? What is it?

I've been re-watching the DB shows on 4OD recently while I have my lunchtime toast and yoghurt. Lovely, obviously. But, if you look at 'Mind Control Series 1' there's no episode 3 in the list. This could be an oversight - a simply omissions due to carelessness - but I suspect it's deliberate: Ep 3 is not being made available. Why would this be? Does it contain something libellous? Something that's judged to be too dangerous and would invite copy-catting then litigation? Something that's judged to be offensive/in poor taste due to events that have happened since it was originally broadcast?

This is interesting. Mind Control s01e03 is also missing from every other place I can think of to look for it...

Your virus scanner might pick up a trojan because the program uses KHOST and KSERVICE (not shouting, its name is just caps ) I think it is, which is a file sharing tool. The videos you download are then being downloaded from you to other peoples 4OD so watch your bandwidth.

Did anybody manage to watch 4OD last night then?

I kept getting a messeage saying they were working on the site.

(Must admit, I was trying to watch Shipwrecked. Bikini clad girls on a Desert Island or Derren? Hard choice. , I spotted that innuendo as I wrote it )
