As another contributor I had the privilege of seeing an advance copy. The quantity and quality of the material is breathtaking (195 pages plus a free video download!). This really is a bargain and even I would have bought it if I hadn't received a free copy!

As Todd says, you can buy it from any contributor, and we can all supply a detailed Table of Contents as a pdf.
