Hi all, was just wondering if anyone here uses a card table.

To be honest I'm looking at getting a cheap foldaway table and putting my magic mat on it. BUT. Was wondering what everyone else uses! I'm 20, live with my parents and would rather not be practicing on the kitchen table all of the time.

My desk is to high to comfortably practice on so I'm going to get one of them camping foldaway tables. Anyone use anything interesting?

Farlsy uses an ironing board

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

No clue, sorry. I've had it for years and when I got into magic I just started to use it for that. Sorry.

checked on Ebay but the only ones seemed either massive or really expensive classic tables. lol. I've just bought a little foldaway table from morrisons for £6. bargain! :D

I make close up and card tables and can do a range of table tops that sit on top of a keyboard stand (that's not included but you can get from Argos for around £20). They're light but sturdy as well as being portable and I can do in oval or rectangular.

MDF base, neoprene padding and covered with very good quality baize in a choice of colour with tassled edging. They're great for card work even if I say so myself.

If you're interested then PM me with your email address and I can email you a couple of photo's.

I had the same problem finding a suitable table top for trade shows so I made my own. I had so many enquiries from magician friends that I started making them for others.

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!
