i'd stick with names (but it's not my wedding!), I'd rather be sat at the Jennings table that the Chop Cup table

Sim Sala Bim
Hey Presto
Hocus Pocus
Alakazam
Piff paff poof (The Great Soprendo)
Magic'smagic (Ali Cat)
Just Like That! (not exactly magic words, but near enough)

From comics:
Cei-u
So Cool
Shazam!
Doctor Strange tends to use magical phrases, such as 'Crimson Bands of Cyttorak'

Open sesame was also a magic word/phrase.

There were (I think) a couple in the TV show Wizbit:
Kalanag (name of a magician, but I think it was used as a magic word)
Ostagazuzulum
Professor Doom's word was something like Aldeberontithornifrostio (you're on your own with the spelling of that one!)

Presto or Presto Chango is one that hasn't been mentioned.

Otherwise a quick search yielded a Dictionary of Magic Words for sale, but google also found what looks like an online copy.

Good luck

Please don't use shazam or whatever the spelling is. Just don't use shazam please.

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

Shazam is cool. Captain Marvel is cool. He kicks Superman's ass.

There was actually a 1980's remake (in comic terms) of Captain Marvel that was actually quite good. Actually, I think it was Marvel Boy, Captain Marvel's sidekick.

Why do old school superheroes all have young boys as sidekicks? Captain America and Bucky, Batman and Robin, Captain Marvel and Marvel Boy. It just seems...inappropriate.

For comic effect print them up with the asterisks

"Honey, are we seated at P-triple-asterisks table?"
"Yes, do you know where Dave and Cindy are?"
"They were seated at the T-quaduple-astricks T-double-astricks table over there"

Is that Marvelman/Miracleman? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miracleman

I only read a couple of episodes of the 80s version in 'Warrior', but it was very good.

You've reminded me of the Marshal Law story where the Golden Age heroes are brought back to life, including the original Public Spirit and his best buddy, Private Dick.

"Blow the bugle of liberty, Private Dick."

And yes, it was that!
