While we're on the topic of e-books vs. paper:

For those that buy ebooks but, like me, much prefer reading it on paper (for ease of portability, note taking, what have you) what do you do to get it in print?
Do you do it yourself on an ink jet and staple?
    Place in a presentation folder?
Take it to a print shop, if so, how much does it cost and how do you have it bound?
    etc.

I print it, hole punch it, and put it in an A4 ring binder, as I like to highlight and take notes...you can also put many e-books into one large lever arch file

Or you can just put Mind Blasters in there. Should fill it up nicely. :D

There's a print company near my mum's place so I rang them up to get a quote for printing Mind Blasters. £150 inc. VAT!! Good thing I was sitting down or I would have fallen over!
