I recently purchased an 'ash pen pro' with a thought it would make or improve my ashes on arm routine. I was a bit humorously dissapointed when I received the pen, realising it was just a bit of soap carved into the shape of a pen lol. Anyway, an idea in the booklet that came with it explained how to transfer the image/letter/whatever you want to the spectators arm so you can rub the ash on their arm instead of yours for a greater effect. I tried this on my own arm by drawing a random symbol and going over it a few times on my palm, and then holding the wrist of my other arm hoping the image would stamp onto my other arms wrist. I wiped ash on my wrist to see if it had worked and it hadn't. Am I doing something wrong, or maybe theres a better way to achieve this?
