There are a number of things you can do about this (btw in ref to the PM PD's pass is not a classic pass).
1. Hold the deck naturally at waist level as far below the eyeline of your specs as possible
2. Tilt or 'dip' the deck forwards as you execute the pass concealing the bottom of the deck
3. As you do 2 try consciously moving the left hand's portion of the deck back towards you slightly to conceal it even better
4 Try and reduce the tension in your hands. The more relaxed your hands are the less likely the left fiingers are to flash.
5. Experiment with holding your left forefinger at the front of the deck and on the right long side to find which gives you the best cover. Different things work for different hands - everyone's different.
6. Try riffling/dribbling the cards in the right hand to give more cover/concealment. (Set yourself up for this by habitually riffling/dribbling the cards when you are in a relaxed stance to get people used to it)
7. Misdirect. It's a point of much argument whether it's possible to achieve the 'invisble' pass with no passes or tells. My feeling is that even if it's possible it will take far more time and dedication from me than I'm prepared to spare to ever achieve it. Make things easier on yourself with verbal misdirection (questions work well) and eye-contact. If no-one's looking that's invisible enough for me.

Good luck.

PS It's a bit rude to ask for help on a forum and expect the reply to come in an email. Stick around here and contribute - it's worth it.
