I'm off to Boston as of thursday afternoon (night there in england) I'll be back monday. I'm just posting this today because if I become busy packing etc. than I'll forget so... Hopefully this storm coming doesn't affect my plane leaving.

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

In October 1993, I was on a Virgin Atlantic flight that was hit by lightening as it came in to land at Logan airport. I'd never heard genuinely frightened screams before. I knew we were inside a Faraday cage and therefore completely safe, but even I jumped out of my skin at the bang!

Yes, but the point was that while everything seemed scary, it actually wasn't.

Four hours of "Free Bird"? Nothing's scarier than that.
