There's no dynamic way to generate a decent looking ambigram, they are generally hand crafted.

John Langdon and Scott Kim are both masters of the art (Langdon is the Dan Brown artist, and also had his name given to the lead character in Brown's books!)

Doing your own is quite simple if you are artistic, check out:

Looking at the squiggly typeface, there seems to be scope for using it with some of the stuff in Chapter 10 of Psychological Subtleties.

www.ambigram.net seems like a good site. Their ambigram generator is down at the moment, though.

That's excellent.

What you call heroism is just an expression of this fact; there is never a scarcity of idiots

Just a little note.. Ambigrams read the same way up or down. You guys are talking about asymmetric ambigrams which reveal diferent words.

i like it and if it's a firs attempt it's really good.

I have no artistic ability what so ever, even my pin men would go on strike if they could, but I've challenged my local art student to see if they can create something for me. I love illusions and things like this and if they can come up with something suitable would consider changing my business logo.

It's off at a tangent from this but http://www.sandlotscience.com has some fun optical illusions one or two of you may like. Found it whilst bumbling around the web a while back.

That site is *still* down. :(

The best ambigram generator that I could find (that was actually working) was at www.FlipScript.com. It seemed to do a really good job with just about any two similar length words I could dream up.

Too bad, that other site looks like it could have been interesting to play with.[/url]

Hi welcome to TM talk soup. Let us know a bit about you by typing up an introduction in the introduction section.

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.
