Anyone ordered the Tarot e-book by Enrique Enriquez?

Just wondering if MEV are a reputable company as I ordered this a week ago and I'm still waiting for it to appear in my inbox. It says to allow 48 hours for processing; they have taken my money already and it's all rather frustrating, especially as they have also ignored my emails. I do wish these companies would get their acts together; it's not like they have to dispatch physical goods. And as for failing to reply to emails - that is just very unprofessional.

Nope. I'm so anal I always check every email in my spam folder before deleting them. In any case, I don't get much spam anyway.

Oh well, I can only assume they are having computer problems. No matter, I'll give them a bit longer before emailing them again.

Keith's Tarot course is superb and you also get a nice Tarot deck, too. I think it's the best place to start. I also have Tarot: Plain and Simple by Anthony Louis, which is pretty good.

It's funny how computer and/or server problems never prevent them from taking your money.

Loren Tindall and MevPro are fantastic. I have ordered many products, physical and electronic from them and I have had no trouble ever. It is worth signing up for the newsletter service.

I have been reliably informed that there may indeed be problems with servers/laptops at MEV's end (thanks, Craig). I have no problem waiting for stuff as long as I know what's going on and I'm not being ignored. I can practice my readings while I'm waiting. :D

Ok, my patience is starting to wear very thin now. Under the circumstances, I think I have been extremely patient with MEV but they have left me little choice but to voice my disappointment publicly. I ordered this over two months ago and still have not received it. I have sent MEV several emails, all of which they have ignored. I understand they may have had computer issues recently, which may have prevented them from processing my order, but two months? I note that they are still advertising the e-book for sale on their website, so they obviously have no problem taking money.

This is all extremely disappointing. I know it's only £10-odd and to be honest it's not about the money. I have paid for something which I have not received. Their site says to allow 48 hours for order processing. As of this post, I have been waiting 64 days. My emails have been ignored. They have still got my money. I have not received the goods. I can only draw one conclusion from this and that is I have been conned.

My thanks to Craig Browning for his attempts at helping me to resolve this, but even his intervention did not help.

I don't know what else I can do to resolve this. Very disappointing indeed. Image

No phone number and the address is a box number? Doesn't look good.
I have interacted with the author on another forum. He seems nice enough. I assume he is only the author and not the distributor you are dealing with.

Perhaps you should contact Enrique to see if he has any insight on the matter. He is supposed to be psychic after all.

But wait! I see that it is one of those silly e-book things that are against the laws of nature. You weren't waiting for it by regular mail were you? Don't laugh. I have had customers purchase my e-book and complain that they have never received it. It turned out that they mistakenly thought it was a hard copy book.

Mind you that 48 hour thing sounds a bit fishy to me. My e-book gets to the customer instantly. They get the book within one minute of me getting their money. And I am computer incompetent.

Once in 10 purchases I get a complaint that the customer has lost the bloody thing in cyberspace somewhere and I simply send them another one. It doesn't cost me a cent and it shouldn't cost these people a cent either.

In any event I have always answered e-mails of all the moaners and groaners. These people haven't.

Bad.

My apologies, but that did make me Image. And no, I was not waiting for the e-book to arrive in the regular post.

Indeed. I wouldn't even mind if it was 48 hours. But 48 hours turned into 48 days which is now 64 days. And counting....

I have "moaned and groaned" in three emails and received not a single response. I am normally a very patient person when it comes to waiting for orders, but I feel they are taking the mickey now. With any luck, Enrique will acknowledge me instead.

Providing Enrique is not MEV you are in with a chance.
You have to be careful who you order things from nowadays on this internet thing. Bob Cassidy is another one who never sends the orders I have heard.

I always send stuff instantly. I wonder if I should be nominated for sainthood.................

There is no comparison, Bob is hopeless, while EE and Loren are reliable...it is surely a technical fault not anything to do with these guys personally...
