Get an Okito Box or something similar, and have the two parts of the CU separately.
Drop a regular coin (which matches the "outer half" of the CU) into the box.
On top of that drop the "inner half" of the CU (so that it looks like a regular coin).
And finally drop the "outer half" of the CU (again, so that it looks like a regular coin).
Do all this very openly.
The spectator thinks there are three stacked coins in the box. Get them to shake the box, then ask them to tip out the coins. The middle coin has apparently vanished.

nice idea alan.
scotch and soda do a version similer to this called a breakout box basicly a ring and a base, the top coin makeing the roof, the copper in the middle and the any other coins that will fit in the base.
the copper cannthen escape when desireed.

there a description similar to yours that dosn't hint to how the coin unique works, not sure if this section is open to all on the forum so please be carefull about your descriptions, we don't want any masked magician's getting wind of thease two gems of coin magic and spoliling our comercial success.

this is not haveing a go so please don't take offense, honest.

Hi

If you have £1 / 1p then p**m another 1p.

Place the CU seperated but overlapping on a table - cover with a glass - put the hand with the 1p p***ed in it under the table - spin the coins under the glass and produce the other 1p from under the table.

nice one paulajayne strait from coin unique one o one and its ok to say palm and palmed in open forum.

personaly i'd go for a coshman / tenkie pinch so you can show your hand empty as it goes under the table.

Hi

When doing this I hold the glass in the hand with the palmed coin so that as far as they are concerned it is empty.

Hi

I believe that Goshman was first but Tenkai <sp> made it well known.
