I think I can perform this move reasonably well on a padded table top but I struggle to do it consistently on a spectators hand. This question may sound dumb but as a general point, how do you practice this (or any other sleight that happens in the spectators hand) other than on real people where you run the risk of getting it wrong until you have perfected it? Any tips for getting this turnover consistently correct on a spectators hand other than lots of practice?
