Have tried searching for anything about this effect on here but to no avail.

The demo at Magicbox only shows the reaction of the spectators and nothing of the effect itself (for obvious reasons, I suppose).

Any views?

Ah - have now found the review index and bookmarked it accordingly. So much easier than the search engine which didn't seem to work too well.

It's perhaps not the easiest of facilities and takes a bit of work in selecting the right words and phrases to search on ! A Google search for the topic on TM is usually more efficient.
