If you sending a card make sure there's cash in it as there is nothing more disappointing on a birthday than a card without a present or cash inside.

My choice of restaurant would have been Just Around The Corner in North London - the menu has no prices on it and you pay whatever you want. Wahey, free grub! Only kidding, I'm not that tight.
