This guy i think is one of the funniest magicians out there today. Half of all his stuff is more comedy than magic but he still stands out as a great magician. Has anyone ever seen him perform?

Yes, this guy is one the funniest performers out there because his show is 50% comedy and 50% magic. He is also quick on his feet with great comebacks.

Sounds interesting, where does he play, in the UK or the US?

He is indeed at the Golden Nugget. I think I read recently that he has been renewed for some considerable time too.

I've a DVD of AJ which is mostly live stuff from the Flamingo in Las Vegas. I can't remember where I got it from, but I'll have a dig around and let you know.

Unfortunately, I think it's the only way you'll get to see him without travelling to the States.

As far as I know, he is indeed still at the Flamingo.

Update:
I think my DVD falls into the subsection: "Lent it to a mate, can't remember which one, and it's vanished".

Don't you just hate it when that happens???

He was the one that got me interseted in magic. I like his spoon-bending trick.

Does he still perform?

In a recent program on Channel 4 or 5 it looked like he was sitting in a wheelchair and I wondered why...?

Could just be his weird sense of humour. Check out his website - http://www.amazingj.com - there's no indication of any problems. In fact he's just about to leave one Casino at the end of December and start work in January at another for $3.5 Million a year. Just shows what you can do if you practise!!

PS The dirty jokes on that site are really gross - and the clean ones aren't much better!

Above All I Find This Man To Be A Good Humorist And To Me He Doesn’t Look Like He Takes Magic Sincerely If You Know What I’m Saying To You, I Could Be Mistaken That’s Just My Opinion Which I Am Entirely Entitled To.

Oh An Am Not Saying That Magic Should Not Be Miscellaneous With The Comic Industry, Which Produces Some Of The Best Acts Eternally, But It Depends On How You Proceed In Performing It.
