Hi Everyone

Im caffa,36 based in liverpool uk -I have been interested in magic and the theroy of magic for many years since watching Simon Drake on channel 4 way back in the day when the channel first started

Im not really a cardie or coin fan - have tried my hand at it ( no pun intended) but when you have small fat sausage fingers like me the cards and coins just seem to magically fall onto the floor...hence spoiling many effect's apart from 52 card pick up

My main interest is in Mentalism and have studied this for the last 8 yrs or so but still consider myself a student of this dashingly deciving brass necked Art , in 2001 i studied hypnotherapy & NLP and recived my diploma and then my master diploma and practised as a part time hypnotherapist for awhile- i eventually stopped being a practioner due to reasons of woe....other peoples woe's to be excact!I just couldnt be doing with everyones problems and troubles,it just wasnt me.
I have peformed stage hypnosis for hospital & charity fundraisers, but never for a living..although having 12 attractive nurses under my svengali spell was payment enough....and a test of gentleman-ness

I have only ever performed mentalism for friends and strangers in bars, parties ect and perhaps would like to take it further - thats why i have joined here to meet and discuss with likeminded folk,to find out the pro's and con's of the trade, learn new effects, ways of thinking and share a few of my own maybe?
