Hi, I have an effect I can only half remember the workings of.

It's basically knowing the order of a deck or rather what card comes next, now without giving anything away, i remember how to know the value of the next card, but cant remember the formula for knowing what suit its going to be.

Does anyone know the method I am talking about?

There is a well known phrase that is used to remember a certain order the suits. Ill see if i can chase down where its from for you...

And also bear in mind that it's customary for women and children to leave in that order before the guys leave....

There are several orders that are commonly used for this one example would be svengali's which you can easily find on the internet. I use it all the time and nobody ever figures it out. (false shuffles help)

Having made the effort to learn Juan Tamariz's method, I do not know why I ever bothered to learn anything else.
