Soup

If you could be a certain type of soup, what would you be?

example:

I would be a broccoli and cheddar soup, with crated mozarella mixed in, to the point where it's half melted and still textured.

I'd be beef pho: it's a Vietnamese dish of clear soup, with an elaborate and complicated stock of spices, rice noodles, thin, rare cuts of beef with lots of garnishes. It'd have to have loads of sriacha chili sauce and lemon and lots of sweet basil.

My dad would seem to be the only person in the UK who knows how to actually cook this.
