Lowlife scum!

Postby Replicant » Oct 5th, '08, 12:04

Some degenerates broke into my car last night. Glass all over the child seat, contents of the glove compartment strewn over the front seat. They didn't even take anything as I don't leave any valuables in the car, anyway. Very annoying, especially as it was 1am and raining when I got back to my car after work. So not only was there glass everywhere, but the seats were sodden. The police will only come out if there is blood present, which there wasn't.

I don't know why I feel the need to share that, but I do feel a little better for it. If I caught the scum who did it, I would... oh, nevermind. Don't want to start a discussion on capital punishment as I have very controversial views.

Now I have to wait for Autoglass to show up. Hopefully, this rain will ease up soon.

Thanks, Bev.

On the plus side, in their attempts to find something worth stealing, they opened a storage compartment near the steering wheel that I didn't even know was there; so now I know it's there. I've only had the car seven years.

Anyway, Autoglass have done a good job on the replacement and I'm fifty squid poorer. That money would have paid for my Outlaw Hideout. Image

Someone slammed the wing mirror down on my car last night and had taking the casing off the mirror. Fixed the shell easily enough, but bloody annoying. Now I can't get the mirror back to where I'd had it angled before as they seem to have messed up the mechanism a bit.

Damn right. Part of the reason why this country is in the state it is, is because of the government's ambivalent attitude towards relatively minor crimes. If I was in charge, there'd be no crime because I would have executed everyone. Dead people = no crime. Judge Death, anyone...? ;)

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

I was wondering what that Bike card was doing on the back seat! I'm gonna hunt you down like the animal you are, and then I'm going to dish out some justice, Replicant style!

All crime is committed by the living; therefore, living is a crime and the sentence is death! Muwaahahahahaha!!

oh no, that's horrible. Inever understand why people do things like that, not sure about hanging them for it but a good birching woudn't go amiss.

Your views on punishment do change when you become a victim.

I am normally very liberal but I recently had a drink spiked which turned me into a violent lunatic in the city centre. Unfortunately I had a rucksack with me which contained a small folding knife I hadn't removed after the last camping trip of the summer (and we know what a hot issue knife crime is now).

So thanks to some sick expletive I have a permanent criminal record. And I'd only just applied to Strathclyde Police Force, ah well.

That is a really bad break. A career gone down the drain because of one simple incident. You have my sympathy.

But what did you do with the knife to get a criminal record? Did you actually stab anyone?
