I can relate to your rabbit - i've fond memories as a child of building a den with blankets and pillows and thrashing around the place.

I recall ordering a computer or something a year ago and it came with gigantic bubble wrap, the bubbles being the size of a tennis ball. Fun was had by all.

bubble wrap is just the best fun isnt' it? What is it with those sheets full of bubbles that can keep you entertained for hours just going pop, pop, pop, pop.

Evolutionary Psychologists say that it's got something to do with our grooming instincts - that it's the modern day equivalent of picking the nits out of your mate's back hair. They all crazy though.

Indeed, I subscribe to the Pringles ethos that once you pop you just can't stop. And then the thrill of squeezing multiple bubbles! There's something so utterly delicious about it. Wait till you upgrade to gigantic bubble wrap: you have to actually jump on it for it to work though. SO fun.

Hmm, I am a big fan of grooming: there could be some truth in that.

And when is the unravelling of said Ellusionist DVD going to be published on Youtube?

:)

On a serious note, maybe you could: it would be ironic.

Strangely enough, we use a lot of polystyrene foam chips at work, guess what they come packed in?

For your popping pleasure, clickety clicky click here

Manic Mode gets me in a frenzied froth.

The best thing about a real sheet of bubble wrap is you can roll it up into a tight, thick roll, grab both ends and just twist in opposite directions. Ah, a better feeling you would be hard pressed to find.

Get a sheet of bubblewrap... about 320mm x 320mm is ideal. With a pin or needle carefully puncture each bubble. Leave lying around the office and watch people pick it up with childlike cries of glee only to look crestfallen as they realise there's nowt left to pop!! This moment should always be accompanied by a suitably evil laugh, "Mwahhaahahha" (correct spelling taken from the oxford pocket gem dictionary)

That's the one, all you have to do is dilute it apparently...

Indeed it does, all carefully packed in knitted fog, bubbles from recycled spirit levels and spare holes from 1/2" washers.

Just what I've been looking for... I can put them next to my box of metal sparks - suitable for most bench grinders (bingo!)

We actually keep a bag of skyhooks on the fire appliance.... who knew?!? Made me feel a bit of a divot when I was asked to fetch them and I replied that he could stick his skyhooks up..., etc... oops.

While you're heading over to check the box of sparks, can you get a small can of pigeon's milk please?

(He's taking a long time to post that vid of the great parcel unwrapping - must be utterly and totally awesome, mind blowing and brain frying - or perhaps he's slipped with the knife...?)

Will do, meanwhile can you lay out the hi-viz jackets under the lights to recharge them?
