Anyone who has read any of my postings will know that I am only one year into card magic but gaining in confidence all the time.

I just wanted to say that:

(a) This is the best forum I have ever been a part of. The postings are encouraging, informative, insightful, thought-provoking and intelligent. So thank you.

(b) Last night I peaked with a number of TnRs, Card on Ceilings, Defaceds, Red Rovers (aka Strange Travellers it seems), Rising Cards, and - just to remind myself I don't need all these gimmicks - the Ambitious Card. It was a real high point for me and was in part down to your words of encouragement and advice (plus loads of practice).

I still have some way to go (particularly as today's C on Cs completely failed - MW too cold?) and for some of you my achievements may seem like child's play but here I am: Proud of my recent steps and excited about what I will have to achieve now to raise my game.

There's no need to thank me. I've only just this minute joined. It sounds like you are enjoying yourself though. Please do keep it up. Magic is like wine afterall.

Lady of Mystery: Can't say pink and fluffy was exactly what I was trying to project, but if I made you slightly more pink and fluffy than you clearly already are then fair enough.
