			you might want to have a look at:

a nice article on balloon modelling on Wikipedia.  I know a magician that has damaged his hearing due to the pressure invovled in blowing up balloons with his mouth.  There's plenty of hand/eletric pumps available, and people are getting more and more fussy about balloon artists putting balloons in their mouth for hygeine reasons.

			If you are talking about balloons for balloon animals.  hold the open(nozzle) end in one hand and about 4-6 inches down the balloon with the other hand, take a deep breath, blow into the balloon and stretch it at the same time with the other hand.

You get you mouth and out the balloon teat on your lips, then blow low, you can have that info for free ............
