The pen that comes with the penguin effect or the Bich's effect?

I assumed the pens were different and that, after seeing Bich's routine (which probably uses a pen that, you know, actually looks like one), someone noticed a novelty pen (the one pictured at penguin) that could do something similar and decided to release it as an "effect" despite the obvious design.
