Oh this is such an effective seance piece with many good ideas, and a great presentation

BUT, be warned this is not something for the emotionally unstable. The presentation does deal with a very heart and gut-wrenching topic. I have never personaly used it, but I purchased the e-book a while back. I almost was brought to tears. It is a very strong seance that would be worth the price, just so you can see what you can make of a seance. Will bring your thinking about the topic to a whole new level.

I bought it but felt it was in *such* poor taste that I would never dream of using it. It claims to be "raising a genuine issue" but it just seemed to be using the issue for entertainment - there was a "message" but no point to the message - like people telling you out of the blue that they aren't racist, and then expect some kind of medal.

I'm with demitri on this. Where?

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

What's the routine about? I've gathered it's murder but...

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

I first heard of this from another member of this forum, and it sounded in very poor taste to me (he wasn't a fan either). Possibly useful for 'bits' you can use elsewhere. My impression was exactly the same as Mr Grue; it's raising a controversial subject, but saying nothing of any value and being sensationalist/manipulative.
