I can imagine someone stoned saying "What shall we do today?" and the idea eventually being that should go up a canal over the course of a few days, film the whole lot and speed it up to ridiculous speeds at the end...

...and whilst that sounds like a complaint, I do have to say that this is top stuff

I mentally swapped it out for the Benny Hill music... sounds much better in my head now than the original score.
