Water from Leaf? david blaine performance

You pick up a leaf completely normal from a tree. You wrap it into a cylinder and pour water out. unwrap the leaf and hand it out for examination..
my question; Is it the same as the old trick with the newspaper???

ok, I'll let you in on the secret although I'm not really allowed to expose how tricks are done.
He's wearing a bra which he fills with water. He then runs a little tube from the bra and down his arm. He then rolls the leaf up around the tube and lets some of the water out.
