If you mean blank paper to paper with writing on it than try a Billet switch? What's wrong with a TT?

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

I know what you mean, where you have a note, fold it into a square, unfold it and it's blank? That is a trick where you really need to be in front of a mirror practising. From your view, you really can't see what's going on!

try "Slow Burn" or "Extreme Burn" from Rich Sanders, really really cool effect. I do newspaper or magazine pages to bills, looks awesome.

Chu used to do a really cheap no TT paper to money effect.
