Egg bags

Can anyone tell me what (if any) difference there is between a "standard" egg bag and a "Malini" egg bag?

If we can hit that bullseye then the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards... Checkmate!

The gimmick is a little different, I found the Malini easier, (it is the cut of the gimmick) Hope I'm not giving too much away. But I've know of others that had the exact opposite view. The Malini is also more expensive. There is also an egg bag out there with a mesh front so you can see the egg while inside the bag. It works the exact same way. IF you are near a magic shop the best idea is to ask to see both. Yeah I know most magic shop people will throw you out for asking to actually see the thing before you purchase it. But if you explain that you are seriously interested and thinking of putting it in your act. And you already know how they work, you are just looking for the differences and which would work best for you, any quality shop won't have a problem with that.

Of course the Malini egg bag is a little more difficult in that you have to perform in the Malini style, (joking of course)

Reminds me of that old trick the Pig-in-a-Poke.
