coinvexed 2

Postby dp » Jan 17th, '09, 21:38

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to confirm that it is coming and the brand new ‘Sharpie Edition’ gimmick will totally streamline the original handling. It will still be Coinvexed though!! That’s all Costas will let me say at to moment as review copies will be sent out at the start of Feb.

Cheers

Hi David,
I realise you can't give too much away, but won't that make it just like a Sharpie version of the Boa Coin Bend? Given that there are really only a limited number of ways to achieve this effect, I would have thought that the "cover" mechanism of Coinvexed (along with your routine) is what made it different?

Your absolutely right but the ‘Sharpie Edition’ compliments Coinvexed and streamlines it rather than replacing it but still utilises the cover element.

It really is going to be hard to answer questions without being allowed to give anything away until the preview date.

Just chill and wait for the reviews. All will become clear and you won’t be disappointed.

All the best,

David

Looking forward to your lecture in Blackpool David. Will you be talking about coinvexed?

Thanks John,

I will be talking about coinvexed in the lecture at Blackpool. I will also go into toppit technique, other bending effects and business effects. I am really looking forward to it. Blackpool has been my favourite magic convention since I attended my first at 15 years of age. Harry Blackstone Jr was on the bill that year and I was hooked.

I will be lecturing at a few other clubs leading up to that lecture including Ipswich this Monday night if you are in the area.

Cheers,

David

Great to see that the art of toppiting hasn't been lost. So many overlook the topit these days and it's such a fine utility when properly mastered.

I wouldn't be without mine  .

Also Farlsborough,

Unlike the boa, I can use Coinvexed 2 even when the spectator is using the pen to mark a coin???

I have to say coinvexed 2 is a thing of beauty. A real thing of beauty. It is a wonderful idea that makes the best coin bender on the market even better (yes I didnt think that was possible either). This will be a best seller when it gets released for sure.

Are you able to describe the ways in which it differs from the original Coinvexed? (other than the obvious "sharpie" part")

Also, IS THERE A PRICE YET!!!!!!!!!!

Mark. We havent decided on the final price yet. I know it will not be more expensive than the original Coinvexed at £85. So save £85, if it is cheaper you can spend the savings on David Pens Topit and DVD. That is also going to be an Awsome product. :D

Always the business man costas!! :D

Im sure it will be a purchase of mine at Blackpool anyway - the original Coinvexed has won me so many referrals in the past for work, so a new handling with a stronger effect im sure would be a winner anyway!

Save me one please Costas, and I will buy you a voddy and coke in the bar :D
