Not another Sony, then? 
I don't blame you. I've owned three Sony products in the past (TV, freeview box and PDA), all of which were very unreliable. So now I don't buy anything by Sony. I'm currently waiting for my Sony DVD player to give up the ghost.

The PlayStation2 and PSP are ridiculously reliable though...
You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

Hell yeah!!! My ancient PS2 is still going strong and the PS3 is far more reliable than the 360!

My mate's PS3 blew up last weekend, only a week after his Sony TV went bang. Some people are luckier than others I suppose.
