So I get in today and find an email telling me I won a pair of tickets to see Alkaline Trio at the Junction.

Marvellous band.

Last time I saw them, though, Face To Face were supporting, which was probably the most exciting thing that happened to me that year. So I was kind of numb and smiley and oblivious to everything by the time Alkaline Trtio took the stage...

I went to see them before - I have no idea who was supporting them.

Alkaline Trio are thoroughly entertaining live though - very energetic and passionate.
It's not the sort of music I'd listen to whilst sat at home but on a long car journey or live... hell yes.

Not been gigging for some time either so will be fun to go out again :D

I read Alkaline Trio and assumed this would be another thread about biscuits.

I'm sure I don't want to know what kind of biscuits you eat

awesome queen.
Let me know how that show turns out, I really want to see them but they never come round here. Side note, I FINALLY after nearly a week of looking, found Slipknot tix for my state.

One banana, two banana, three banana, four
Four bananas make a bunch and so do many more.
Over hill and highway the banana buggies go
Coming on to bring you the Banana Splits show

Making up a mess of fun, Making up a mess of fun
Lots of fun for everyone

Tra la la, la la la la, tra la la, la la la la
Tra la la, la la la la, tra la la, la la la la

Four banana, three banana, two bananas, one
All bananas playing in the bright warm sun,
Flipping like a pancake, popping like a cork,
Fleagle, Bingo, Drooper and, Snork

Making up a mess of fun, Making up a mess of fun
Lots of fun for everyone

Tra la la, la la la la, tra la la, la la la la
Tra la la, la la la la, tra la la, la la la la

(background singer - La-----aaah!)

Two Banana, four banana, one banana, three
Swinging like a bunch of monkeys hanging from a tree
Hey there everybody won't you come along and see
How much like Banana Splits everyone can be

Making up a mess of fun, Making up a mess of fun
Lots of fun for everyone

Tra la la, la la la la, tra la la, la la la la
Tra la la, la la la la, tra la la, la la la la
