If you've never done a show before start with your family and friends (cousins, friends younger siblings, etc) if you do well at one party (offer to work for free or whatever they're willing to pay) you should get a lot of the kids and parents at the party to want you for their events.
Again this is only if your starting out (i.e you have a show but haven't had many live audiences.)
I don't know how the situation differs between Canada and England but any after school clubs and certain playgrounds might be worth looking into if you've had some reasonable experience with your routine.
I don't think you will be able to advertise as a professional children's entertainer. Once again I know very little (in fact nothing) of Canadian law but I imagine you would have to be certified with some form of union and I imagine that even if you do set up a website, phone number etc most parents wouldn't want to hire a 13 year old they don't know for their kids party.
Hope that helps.
Invoke not reason. In the end it is too small a deity.
