Hi all i need some help!!
i have been offered a straight jacket for christmas! and wondered if any one can sugest a good book with methords in them i know how to escape however i dont want to "dive in to the deep end" as i know people who have ended up dislocated shouldersand broken arms.

so any help keeping me out of the hospital would be appreceated
