Im trying to attach a picture to a post but I keep getting an error message about maximum file size is reached? What can I do???

curious to know the answer to this one as well...I always get the same thing so just eventually gave up on posting a pic.

Me too - never been able to do it!

Best thing to do Lozey is upload it to a free image hosting site and use the thingy with the URL.

Farlsborough has the answer - for some reason the TM image file has been full for years and it's not something I can get at to adjust, unfortunately.

yeah - there must be pages of old threads will those irritatingly huge images people occassionally post up that cause a sideways scroll that could be deleted...

i wonder if they get embedded into the page? or if this site has a temporary image folder of some kind?

I can highly recommend www.tinypic.com to post pics; it is quick and easy to use (not unlike myself, before someone else says it).

And do resize the pic first, if necessary. None of this sideways scrolling nonsense, please!

Amen to that, in fact we've had to remove overlarge pictures in the past so, at the risk of appearing in the IB, we much prefer small ones...
