It's £20 and I think better than the stealth and also smaller.

Does the Mind Controller Wallet require the spectator to write/draw within a circle?
Some wallets do require this and from the Penguin demo video it looks as thought the MC might.

The Stealth doesn't - you can write/draw over the whole of the card.

Mmmm. Decisions decisions!

The Stealth seems to be the preferred choice and is probably a good starter for me.

I really would recommend that you go for mind controller over stealth.

In answer to whomever it was that asked about whether with mind controller you were restricted to a small area? no you can write anywhere on a business card as you can with stealth but the peek is much less obvious and it's cheaper.

Watching the demo on Penguin Magic the Mind Controller does look very good.

The only problem with the Stealth is that you have to close the wallet then open it again, retrieving another card (for duplicating the drawing for example) to do the peek.

Mind Controller doesn't have this problem - it's much more direct.

(I know that there are alternatives with the Stealth but the above is the standard handling.)

Does the Mind Controller have a pop stud closer? Judging from the picture it looks a little like a purse.

Yes it has a pop stud closer but it is not a purse it's a business card wallet.

Just trust me it's better than a stealth :)

I've been using Thought Transmitter for a year now and the reactions I get are very strong. Thought Transmitter is a wallet type effect where you get the spec to write on a small post-it sticker inside the wallet and then close it up and wrap rubber bands around it. With the wallet closed and the rubber bands still in place you only need to pick up the wallet very briefly to get the information.

Lots of people have inspected the wallet very closely indeed. Some have even patted it gently but as yet no-one has discovered how its done.

Peek Wallets

Postby Kevin Cann » Nov 5th, '05, 21:15

After reading these posts about the best peek wallet they all appear to have pros & cons. Which would be best for a strolling situation where you could be surrounded by people ie. which is angle proof & easily reset :?:
