I've just read a something on another forum site that says Richard Osterlind has pulled out of this years Blackpool convention. Can anybody confirm this or have anymore information? I know that the convention will be great and that there'll be a lot to see and do but I was SO looking forward to seeing Osterlind perform live that I'm heartbroken at the moment

Oh hum. That's a shame, but I'm sure we all understand.

I only hope that things aren't too bad for Richard and pass on my best wishes that whatever the personal issues are, I hope that they can be resolved quickly. I guess that this means I'll be keeping a look out at convention listings as they're announced in the future and telling the other half "well I've got to go to this one..."

Damnit, Damnit, Damnit......he was one of the main resons I was dragging myself the length and breadth of the country for the first time in years. What a shame.
I hope all is well with him.
