Just washed my gym kit with all my work uniforms. Forgot that my shorts pockets' contained a mass of white tissue..... sigh... Now all my black t-shirts, shirts, trousers, socks are covered in white flecks (and I mean covered!!).
Any of you domestic gods and goddesses got any quick tips for getting the paper off my clothes? Answers before I start work tonight would be greatly appreciated...

First, give the clothes a brush (a lot of people don't have clothes brushes these days, do they?). This should get rid of a lot.
Wrap sticky tape (sticky side out) round one hand. Pat the tape down on the clothing. You'll probably need to refresh the tape a few times.
