Hey Larry welcome to TM , there's a mentalism section on the forum and I'm sure if you prove yourself on this forum and contribute on here alot then you may gain access to it , it's all up to mods though so just don't go asking for access as that wont get you anywhere

There are some very tasty Tarot morsels in Mind, Myth and Magick by T. A. Waters, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are just starting out in mentalism (even though I own it and I'm not exactly a pro!) It's an expensive book but packed full of quality material, some of it more practical than others. Anyway, enjoy your stay.
