Showing 5 cards as 4

Struggling with an effect? Any tips (without giving too much away!) you'd like to share?

sorry i mised the start of this thread but an easy way to hold the bottom 2 cards as one is with a buckle...assuming the cards are in the left hand dealing grip, with the left first finger press on the top right corner of the cards and you'll feel the cards begin to buckle under, wen you feel 2 cards buckle start to spread the rest of the packet out. your first finger and base of the left thumb will hold the 2 cards together as one

Was also going to say 5 as 4 Elmsley count, but how about a lateral palm?? you'll have cover from the top four cards and then you can add the extra card underneath later??!
