Are there any word experts that can help me with a problem please?

I have a document that is about 250 pages long, the problem is there arent that many words on each line, but each line ends with a carriage return.

I think if i can remove these there will be less that 100 pages.

Does anyone know how i can remove the carriage returns, without the tedious method of going to each one and deleting it?

Serif PagePlus will do that automatically.

If you're not a Serif owner and don't mind e-mailing me the document, I'll run it through PagePlus and whip it back to you.

It will remove ALL carriage returns, so I'm hoping the paragraphs have an extra line space in between, otherwise you'll end up with one very long paragraph.

Glad to help. Now... I'm trying to reach into your mind... the person who produced this document... is an older lady... and she either used to own, or work with... a typewriter? Does that make sense to you?
