Hello.

I'm a magician from Cardiff; recently moved to Manchester and I'm looking to finally start becoming more "active" after a long time of theorizing and assisting others. Figured this might be a good place to start.

So what kind of magician am I? Well, like every young whippersnapper these days I got into this through Derren Brown, then discovered Lennart Green and Tommy Wonder and I'm at something of a waypoint between the three - I love card magic but I'm hoping to do a lot more mentalism effects in future, possibly combined with the card work. However, I find a lot of mentalism "set pieces" quite clumsy, so until I find/develop stuff that is as transparent as Derren's material I'm sticking to cards (speaking of transparency, does anyone know where I can get Super Sharpies these days? They used to have them on eBay but they seem to have disappeared, ironically).

Anyway. Enough about me. Hello. I hope to make an interesting and useful contribution to this community.
