Also, I am looking to buy a copy of the linking rings book by Reed McLintock titled "Defiance."

Hi John welcome to TM, I did a quick search and couldn't find the book anywhere - only dvd's he was featured in. Good luck in finding it though.

Reed discontinued the booklet after a slight disagreement with Ogawa. I think he tried to buy back any copies that were out there.

The routine is nice, there are some slightly different phases than the Ninja/Fleshman routine but to be honest, they are all much of a muchness.
