I'd work on your DLs if I were you.

I get a sinking feeling this will fall upon deaf ears, but here goes...

The balloon effect was nice - no real problems here.

The Coin effect - You describe this as "pretty easy". Indeed, it is a very easy effect when you're not actually doing it correctly. I am hoping you have studied the original effect, but given your particular handling, I'm not so sure. May I ask where you learned this?

Your movements are obvious, and you have a little giveaway after the move is completed. This is NOT an easy sleight - and you should continue working on it.

Invisible Change - Queen of clubs said it best. Your fumble at the beginning ruins any possible effect following it. Work on your handling.

Goo Loop - Your handling of this sleight is incredibly rough. Not to jump all over you, but I can't see any spectator being fooled at any point in this routine. You almost don't even bother to actually perform the move - opting to pretty much show what it is you're doing. My suggestion is to check out some resources on this move (and the others in your videos) and reevaluate what you're doing.

Prvv,

You have come on this forum and invited critisism, unfortunately that is what you will get.

You must work on your moves and sleights before inviting magicians to comment on them.

Your magic will fool some people but it is not accomplished. Perhaps you should look at joining a local magic club and spending time with some magicians, you will benefit from their experience.

Really? All I'm seeing is someone wrapping a balloon around a phone.

Is this something E are selling for £30 by any chance?

It's a funny little effect. I'm sure that if it were in a book or on the back of a cornflake packet, no one would ever think about using it.

A little like stigmata.

Presumably, when you buy the DVD you are paying for the, er, "performance", not the secret?

Mind you, from the fixed camera angle and with no clean up, it doesn't look too bad.

You'd hope so wouldn't you? It seems E doesn't always provide such frivalitites though.
And even if they do, it doesn't always seem to translate down to their audience very well. Which one of magics greatest tragidies.

I liked the music on the vids.

I agree with the lady from yorkshire, the Idea of a DL is to look like one card.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.
