Can't remember who is it from talk Magic, but I love how when one suggests random websites to check out, someone will point out the one where you point your mouse cursor over some virtual bubble wrap and it gives that moreish "pop". Hmm... now, what WAS that link?

F My Life is one of my favourites of recent days.

Also, if you have absolutely no morals and you think 4chan is funny, Encyclopedia Dramatica is pretty good. Basically Wikipedia for net culture and bored kids with internet connections.
