looks like you should consider searching for scotch n soda as a basisi for this trick but think more along the lines of a scotch n scotch.
it is definatly in bobo's modern con magic book, also consider the dvd shellraiser.
regarding mercury ring, by sankey, I'm asuming thats the one your refering to then there isnt a decent cheeper version though some have done it with a jardin ellis ring its not the same and dosn't have the same impact.

Sorry when i meant alternative for Sankey's Mercury Ring i meant better quality hehe. Since Mercury Ring looks terrible i think? Not natural? Idk just something i wouldnt wear really. So if theres a ring that cost more and does the same effect i would like to know it

with the mercuryring as a template you could have one made to your own specefications from a jeawler, the mechanics are not that dificult to replicate, the design of the ring needs to be a certain size to house the gimick, can't say any more details wise due to exposure.
either the above link or a scot n scotch will do the trick your looking for and more besides and depending on how you intend to handle the coins examination wise will dictate which of thease gimicks you will need, finding a decent scotch n scotch that dosn't need some time alone to reset will be hard and may well be overkill just to be able to have it tabled for inspection, when in fact they are not aware of a gimick being used in the first place so all four coins can be tabled at the end.

Hi thanks for the advice but i've been looking around for scotch and scotch and all i can find is scotch and soda from magic stores located in Australia. I had a look a hellraiser but thats only 1 halfshell right? I kinda want to do it with 2 disappearances for it to sink in for the audience. Also i found that alot of the scotch and soda have different colored coins i kinda want the same color like as in that video. Any ideas?
