Hello all,
I'm new (maybe a month new) but I found myself on talk magic for the various reviews of tricks I was thinking of buying. I found these reviews to be the easiest to find, the most consistent, and true.
I am a certified hypnotist and working on a Hypnotherapy degree and it occurred to me that some Mentalism and Hypnosis share the same acuity.
One 5 dollar mentalism trick later and I was hooked :p It probably had to do with how cool my gf decided I was after she was holding the pen that said she would pick yellow
Anyway in trade I work in Information Security (white hat hacker) and some of those skills transfer over as well.
I'm currently just standing in front of the mirror and practicing various tricks but I hope to eventually get good enough that I can perform for children at hospitals.
Anyway there is my intro if anyone has any questions about items (I've seen a few posts) I'm more than happy to tell you what the product is so you can find an equivalent.
LASTLY, I'm terribly TERRIBLY interested in naked mentalism. I got both the books from Jon Thompson and coupled with my NLP training and some other aspects I'm thinking I may stick around there.
