Hi everybody!

Just wanted to introduce myself here. My name is Patrick, 27 years old from New York State, and very excited to find a community like this.

I am a more interested in learning about smaller illusions and mentalism than huge effects, although they sure are fun to watch.

I am going to do some book ordering tomorrow and have seen a couple of good titles listed on here that I am going to take a look at.

I look forward to speaking with some of you in the future!

Thanks all!

My first book I have on order is Corinda's 13 Steps to Mentalism - I understand from my reading here it is a great 1st text to delve into and start studying.

I don't plan on making a major career change (I can't imagine not being a musician) but am just very interested in the subject matter, and who knows - it may open me up to new possibilities. :D
