I'm going to review these dvd's in seperate posts. Otherwise there is too much to read in one post.
BTW: Am I the only one or that tinks Richard Sanders voice sounds like Bill Clinton's

Effect:
Each one of these incredible DVD's contains several creative stunners that have been part of Richard’s close-up arsenal for over 20 years! You’ll learn underground miracles that are practical for real world use. Take your magic to the next level with The Richard Sanders Show!
cost: 30$
difficulty:
I would say, 3 - 4. Some easy effects. Some that use couple of sleights.
Review:
VOL1
Named: You write the word MAGIC (or another word) on the back of a playing card. The spectator then can write their name on the face of that card. Then visually you change the word MAGIC into their name. And guess what... on the face of the card is their signature.
This is one of those effects that uses a visual transformation on a signed card which always gets good reactions from the spectators.
Double Bill Switch: Like the title says, there are 2 bill switches. It can be done with a borrowed bill from a spectator. You're 'clean' al the way trough.
It's a nice alternative for the standard bill switches and one I use every chance I get.
Behind My Back: A CARD IS CHOSEN WITH THE CARDS HELD BEHIND THE PERFORMER'S BACK. The magician, hands still held behind his back, turns around slowly, revealing the selection between his teeth...a real stunner!
A nice little effect that uses a gimmick you can make yourself. Almost selfworking.
Gobsmack Pack: A wonderfull close up trick. One card is face up in the deck with a prediction on it. That prediction is the card you chose.
It uses a special deck, but again, something you can make yourself.
SynchronACEity: A diabolical self-working routine with built in
surprise finish. Together, the spectator and the performer manage
to find the 4 aces in the fairest manner possible!
I don't think I have to say anything else about this. This is an ace routine that happens in the hands of the spectator. But don't think the reactions won't be good because it's selfworking. If want to perform close up and you don't know which trick to do, just do this one. It always gets a good reaction.
Pile of Change: Change a spectator’s penny into a quarter and then
GIVE THE QUARTER TO THE SPECTATOR as a souvenir.
This is a completely impromptu coin trick that happens in the spectators hands. It's a short effect but is perfect as an opener for other coin tricks.
Cramped: A signed bill vanishes and then reappears inside the cap of a marker
that the spectator used to sign his bill.
A nice transposition effect of a signed bill. If money magic is your thing, you should definitely learn Cramped.
Magic Marker: A secret weapon in your pocket. It’s a marker and a super
visual card revelation all wrapped into one unit. An amazing, practical stunner!
It's a real short effect but it can be used as an extra for ACR. Everything comes with the dvd to make your own gimmick Magic Marker.
Overall
If you're looking for some good close up effect. Richard Sanders is your man and The Richard Sanders Show should be in your possessoin.
